A booking is confirmed once payment is received and you get a confirmation from us. All departures are subject to availability, minimum group sizes where stated, and the permits required for the region. Each package page lists its own inclusions, exclusions, and itinerary — those details form part of these terms for that trip.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) per person unless stated otherwise, and apply to the tier you select (Standard, Deluxe, Couple, or Group). Anything listed under a package’s exclusions — such as personal gear, travel insurance, or expenses outside the itinerary — is payable by you directly.

Cancellations follow the published Cancellation & Refund Policy: full refund 30 or more days before departure, 50% between 15 and 30 days, no refund within 15 days.

• Provide accurate traveller details and carry valid identification and any documents required for the region.
• Assess your fitness honestly against the package’s stated difficulty level (Easy, Moderate, Challenging, or Strenuous) and disclose medical conditions that could matter at altitude or on sustained treks.
• Follow the instructions of guides and trip leads, particularly on treks, water crossings, and in protected areas.
• Arrange your own travel insurance — it is not included in package prices.

Weather, road conditions, permits, and safety can require changes to a published itinerary. Minor changes are made on the ground with equivalent services. If we must cancel a departure, the cancellation policy options apply: a full refund or rebooking.

Adventure travel — including trekking, high-altitude travel, and river cruising — carries inherent risks that no operator can eliminate. TripEngineered operates with qualified local guides and takes reasonable care in selecting stays, transport, and partners, but is not liable for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, or from a traveller disregarding guide instructions or their own fitness limits.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private. Content on this site — text, photography, and itineraries — belongs to TripEngineered or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
