Yes. Most packages offer Standard, Deluxe, Couple, and Group tiers at checkout, and for private departures, extensions, or custom transit our travel desk will tailor the itinerary with you before you pay.

Cancellations made 30 or more days before departure receive a full refund. Between 15 and 30 days before departure, 50% is refunded. Within 15 days of departure no refund is available. You can trigger a cancellation directly from your profile on the site.

Every package page lists its exact inclusions and exclusions before you book — typically stays, listed meals, ground transport, and local guides are included, while personal gear, travel insurance, and anything marked as excluded is not. The published price is per person in Indian Rupees.

Packages are graded Easy, Moderate, Challenging, or Strenuous. Easy trips suit any fitness level; Moderate involves full days of activity; Challenging and Strenuous treks involve altitude and sustained physical effort, and we send a conditioning guide after you book.

After booking you receive a detailed packing list, a physical conditioning guide for treks, and a regional weather briefing matched to your travel date, so you know exactly what to carry and how to train.

Some packages run on fixed group departure dates, which are shown on the package page when you book; others are flexible and start on the date you choose, subject to availability.
