Privacy policy

• Account details. When you create an account or sign in, we store the phone number or email address you register with, and the profile details you choose to add.
• Bookings and inquiries. When you book a package or send an inquiry, we store the details needed to run your trip: traveller names, contact information, selected package, dates, and payment status.
• Usage data. We record which pages are visited on this site using a first-party visitor identifier and Google Analytics (see Cookies below). This data is aggregate and used to improve the site; it is not sold.

• To confirm, operate, and support your bookings.
• To answer inquiries and provide customer service.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we share it only with the service providers needed to operate the site and your trip (for example our database host and analytics provider) or where the law requires it.

• Authentication cookies keep you signed in to your account.
• A first-party visitor cookie (a random identifier, containing no personal details) lets us count unique visitors to the site.
• Google Analytics cookies(via Google Tag Manager) help us measure site traffic. You can block these with your browser’s tracking protection without affecting the site.

Account and booking records are kept for as long as your account is active or as needed for legal and accounting purposes. Data is stored with established cloud providers and protected by encryption in transit and access controls.

You can view and edit your details in your profile. To request a copy of your data or ask for its deletion, write to tripengineered@gmail.com from your registered email address and we will respond as soon as possible.
