Sangla
Set deep in the Baspa Valley, Sangla is one of Kinnaur's most beautiful and fertile stretches, framed by steep forested slopes and the turquoise Baspa River. The town is known for its traditional wooden architecture, the historic Kamru Fort nearby, and orchards heavy with apples in season. Sangla offers a gentler, greener contrast to the stark landscapes that lie further along the road to Spiti.
